Garnier Light Complete -The ultimate whitening moisturizer

There are tons of brands out in the market claiming that they carry the Ultimate whitening cream, moisturizer etc. well to some I agree and to most, I utterly dissent. 

Because homework and reports used to give me puffy and dark under eyes in college, I tend to use Garnier Light Brightening eye roll on religiously then and it was the only product that works for me and for a student eye creams costs a lot. How I use Garnier Light Complete Multi-Action Whitening cream:

• Wash your face with lukewarm water and your favorite facial wash
• Use your fingertips to apply the Lightening cream on your face
• Spread the cream all over your face and neck ( I use this as a face primer too when I wear makeup)

How I use the Garnier Light Complete Multi-Action Whitening cream on my Makeup clients:

• Make sure that their face is cleansed and toned
• Apply the cream using a foundation brush (as a face primer)
• Moisturize
• Foundation and concealer
• Powder away!

UVA/UVB Filter? 

UVA rays (ultra violet A) contributes to those visible signs of aging such as wrinkles, sun spots and loss of skin elasticity.
